She got to fifty in 35 pitches - her swiftest at the global tournament - and her century in 84 deliveries while she flogged anything short, striking 21 boundaries and three sixes.

When she was removed her side required another 66 at one run per ball - an unconquered height now needing a comfortable finish.

"Pursuing 330 is uncharted waters so I'm pleased we have the assurance to accomplish that now," continued Healy.

"Ideally we won't need to do it again but, if we do, we believe we can achieve it."

These statements will be the ultimate thing competing nations at this championship want to hear.

In recent days a feeling they will succeed regardless of circumstances has only strengthened - this success coming after victory over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite being 76-7 at a certain moment.
